Cyclists: Stay on the west mall bike path

  The east mall of Ocean Parkway is for pedestrians; not cyclists.  It has been getting better but we really need clearer signage to direct bikers to the other side. And walkers and joggers should go over to the east mall. Can't we all just get along?
