The further west you walk on the boardwalk the worse it gets. It is surprising that the Parks Dept has not closed off these areas because of the significant hazards that exist. It seems that weakened and shifted boards can give way at any time. Keep alert if you walk here especially past West 20 street.It is bruised and battered but we are fortunate that it was not swept away.
